230 Euro for 1 mark in 1 class and 50 Euro for each additional class in excess of 1 where the trademark is a word or image mark, provided that the results together with our opinion are returned within 1 week upon payment of our invoice
190 Euro for 1 trademark in 1 class and 30 Euro for each additional class in excess of 1 where the results are returned within 2 weeks upon payment of our invoice
Please note that it is important that our invoice is settled before we initiate the search because the trademark database in Ukraine is not publicly available and therefore we have to contract with the Ukrainian Patent and Trademark Office to obtain the records similar to subject marks so that we could form and prepare our opinion on the availability of the marks. Our opinion on the inherent registrability may be provided before the payment, however, availability may only be confirmed upon receipt of the results from the Patent Office. Hence, the difference in price that depends on the time frame of the provision of the search results. Our patent office charge us depending on the urgency of the order.
