PATENTS FOR INVENTIONS

Documents required for filing a National Patent Application in Ukraine

1. Specification, Claims, Abstract, Drawings;
2. Filing particulars, namely:
   • name, country/state of incorporation, address of the applicant(s);
   • name, country/state of residence, address of the inventor(s);
3. Certified copy of the priority document (if Paris Convention priority is claimed);
4. Power of Attorney (no notarization or legalization is required);
5. Ukrainian translation of the documents under (1) above (can be prepared by our Agency).

Documents Required for International Patent Application to enter a National Phase in Ukraine

1. Copy of a published PCT International Application with International search Report;
2. PCT related forms especially PCT/IPEA/409 with annexes if they are available;
3. Power of Attorney (no notarization or legalization is required);
4. Ukrainian translation of the documents under (1) above (can be prepared by our Firm)

PATENTS FOR UTILITY MODELS

Documents required for filing an Application for Utility Model:
