en_The Law of Ukraine "On energy and land legal regime of special areas of energy facilities, adopted by Parliament on 9 July 2010, entered into force on 17 August 2010.
The law defines legal and organizational framework of provision and use of land for siting of energy, as well as compliance with the special treatment of special land areas of energy facilities (the area around these facilities) for the smooth functioning of their functioning.
